"This gi specifically: the super lightweight fabric of the kimono is so soft and I feel so much more mobile than I do in my 550g jacket. The sleeves are a little long, but I think that's because the lighter jacket has more drape to it. Some people worry about it being easier for your opponent to get grips in a lighter kimono like this, but you need to be fighting them anyway, right? Comfort and confidence is more important to me. The ripstop pants are a different feel, but I think I'm going to like them as they soften up. I have machine washed and air dried, and everything is holding its shape and color very nicely Fuji women's cut gis in general: I'm so grateful for a clear size chart, and my advice is to trust the size chart! I'm technically on the upper end of my size range, built sturdy, and every time I order I consider trying the size up, but every time I go with my recommended size and they always fit just right. My favorite brand and only repeat purchase of the 4 brands I've tried."

- I’m a 5/4 and weight about 185 pounds, I will need a female size. What size would you recommend? I’m afraid the A2 will be to small and the A3 will be too long in the top and bottom for me. What do you recommend?
- GI sizing goes by weight then height. You fall under the guidelines for size W3. The GI will be long so alterations may be needed to fit you better
