Items can be returned for a refund or exchange if they have not been washed, worn (ok to try on), altered, or soiled in any way.
Shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility. We will ship the new size to you at no additional cost if within the Contiguous US.

"This bag takes a little getting used to if you're coming from a larger duffel. It’s a tighter fit overall, but surprisingly well-designed for its size. In case anyone’s wondering, yes, it does fit a gi, rash guard, thin towel, toiletries, sandals, and even a few extras if you pack smart. Just be ready for a bit of a packing puzzle at first. Great for city commuting."
