"Very happy with my purchase of a a9 gi as im 6,5 200kg it was difficult to find something to fit"
"We bought our son a Fuji BJJ Gi for the first time. He's been wearing one for judo, but this was the first time. We got the patches on the back to get it ready for the first competition of the year and he it was successful. The fit was perfect, and he was very comfortable. We'll definitely buy it again!!"
"Got an A2 and I like the fit and the feel but the pants are so big at the hip I have to pull the draw string way down. Which leaves a long tail to deal with."
"Great gi, very satisfied. I’m 5’8 195lbs and the A3 fits nicely."
"I recently received my Competition BJJ Gi, and honestly, I’m very disappointed. Considering this is the most expensive gi in your catalog, I expected a much higher level of quality. The fabric feels thinner than expected and lacks the sturdiness you’d want from a competition-grade gi. The overall construction doesn’t feel premium at all, and even the drawstring on the pants feels surprisingly cheap. When compared to other well-known brands, you can easily get similar or even better quality for half the price. This is not my first gi, so I have a solid point of reference. At this price point, I truly expected superior materials and craftsmanship. Unfortunately, the gi feels cheaply made, more like a generic no-name product than a high-end, competition-approved uniform. For the cost, this was a major letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on value alone."
"Great customer service. My son loves Fuji gis! It’s his good luck gi!"
"It’s not what I expected. I’m very sorry, but honestly this model disappointed me. I was expecting something of Sekai’s quality, but it wasn’t. I always wash my gis before using them for the first time to know their real size. The truth is, it shrank a lot, and with the second wash it lost much of its color. I actually bought this gi to compete in October, but now I’m thinking of buying another one because this one is already illegal due to how much it shrank. I regret that my feedback is negative, as I trust Fuji, but this time it was a waste of money."
"First off, the fit is perfect for my 5yo. I based it on the size guide on the website and everything was perfect. We needed a good Gi for competition and this one is excellent. The pearl weave is nice and lightweight. He really loved the blue color and we like the subtle patches. He doesn't look like a nascar out on the mat. The pants have the elastic waistband and a decent drawstring. For his size, this works best. Shipping was also quick. We'll look here for his next color."
"The A1 is very large. The jacket is long and the pants are wide. I have an older Fuji "Submit Everyone" gi in the same size and it fits well. It's always frustrating to buy gis as sizing is inconsistent, even within brands. I've tried to shrink this and it's maybe serviceable but too big for a comp, which is why I bought it."
"The ibjjf approved competitor gi is as close to a perfect gi as it gets. I have about 10 different gis, from various manufacturers and this one beats them all in terms of quality and construction. Fit is absolutely perfect for me. I am 5' 9" 185 pounds and ordered an A2H and it fits exactly how i wanted. Extremely comfortable without being too thin. The lapel is the perfect thickness. The pants give you room to move without the crotch hanging too low. Sizing chart is accurate. The embroidered logos are subtle, but look cool. No corny slogans or silly patches. What really stands out though with this gi is the construction quality. There is not a single crooked stitch or loose thread. I have gis that cost nearly triple what I paid for this gi that are not nearly as well made. Fuji has a reputation for making solid gis at an affordable price, so I was expecting the gi to be about average for the price, but I was wrong. This gi is WAY nicer than I expected. Well done Fuji. As long as you keep making this gi, I don't think I'll ever buy anything else."
